While actively participating in the streetrod aftermarket industry for many decades, Code 504 has recognized a need for quality S-10 bolt-on conversion kits and accessories to finish the project from A to Z.  If you want your 1941-1948 Ford Passenger Car to drive like a modern vehicle, but don't want to spend thousands of dollars for an aftermarket frame, our bolt-on S-10 chassis upgrade conversion is a great solution for a common problem.  All bolt-on S-10 conversion kits are proudly made in the USA by Code 504 in Seward, NE, and have been engineered to provide a quality and enjoyable installation ranging from the beginner to the seasoned expert.

• For the 41-48 Ford conversion kit, you will need a donor frame from 1982-2004 S10 or S15 2WD pickup standard cab short bed

  The OE wheel base of the 41-48 Ford was 114". On the Ford kit, your S10/ S15 frame will need to be lengthened or shortened depending on the donor frame that you are starting with.

  GM made three S10 designs: 108" standard cab short bed, 117.9" standard cab long bed, and the 123" extended cab short bed.

  The easiest frames to work with are the 82’ – 93’ years what is most commonly referred to as the open channel years of frames.
