If you're having a hard time finding a 118" wheel base S-10 frame, for your S-10 frame conversion, or you need to extend a S-10 frame to fit your specific project, Code 504 has now developed a solution for you!

It is now possible to retrofit your S-10 frame with our 7 gauge weld-on frame extension kit. Our kit comes with detailed instructions that show you how to precisely measure, cut, and extend your existing frame rails, and install our extension kit to achieve your desired wheel base.

This kit contains the following-

Two outer frame rail extensions
Four inner gussets w/ rosebud weld provisions
Two inner c-channels

With the use of this kit, it will allow you to make use of a 109" S-10 frame with the following Code 504 conversion kits-

47-54 Chevy Short Bed
47-54 Chevy Suburban and Panel Trucks
48-52 Ford Short Bed
41-46 Chevy Short Bed
41-48 Ford Passenger Car

The install went well, after I squared the Channels the 90's were about 3/19 out, Scribed reference marks on both rails 14" apart, the made the Cuts cut the Channels and used the scribe marks to keep the same length ! not doing so could end up with a large error! Also marked the floor with the desired wheel base so you check and see where your at!

Very well thought out. The extension is now the strongest part of the frame. Best part is the instructions. I have never seen a better set of instructions for anything. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time...thanks 504
S10 Extension Kit

Followed the instructions and was easily able to add the wheelbase distance needed for my project. I'm not the best welder, so I tacked it in place and had a friend who is a professional do the finish welding. This kit will make the frame stronger than original if one has any concerns.
