Returns Policy

We understand plans change! We're hotrodders, stuff happens.  Our return policy is pretty easy.  You may return new and re-sellable items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

All returns are processed the same day, but may take up to five business days for your refund to post to your bank account.

If you need to return an item, simply give us a call at 402-643-0504, or login to your online account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items returned AFTER the 30 Day grace period are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

CANADA ORDERS

1. If you are from Canada and wanting to purchase a product/ products from us, please call us at 402-643-0504. 

2. For purchasing Conversion kits, we recommend that you have your order shipped to a shipping outlet or to an address of a relative/friend in the lower 48 states for free shipping. If you want your order shipped directly to your address in Canada, you will be charged a shipping fee.

3. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES AS WELL AS BROKERAGE FEES WHEN GETTING THEIR ORDER INTO CANADA. We will do our best to give you an estimate of what that cost will be.
